MIAMI PLATJA CREAM-NOUGAT SOLIDARITY RACE

The City Council of Mont-roig del Camp-Miami Platja and La Sansi will organize on January 9, 2022 at 10.00, the 5km and 10km of the Miami Platja Cream-Nougat Race.

The event is open to everyone and the fact of registering or participating in the event represents full acceptance and respect for these rules. Its interpretation and everything that is not expressly regulated will be decided by the organization.
The start of the promotion races will be from 11:30 am, all will be in the park area of ​​the crystal beach.
The distance to be covered in the absolute category will be 5 and 10km and the timetables will be as follows:

10.00 am 5 and 10km race

11.30am Olympic 2 (2008 - 2014) - 800mts

11.35am Olympic 1 (2015 - 2021) - 400mts

 

All participants in the 5 and 10km race will be given a technical T-shirt and a gift bag with various gifts from the sponsoring companies (as long as the option is chosen).

It is mandatory to wear a clearly visible bib on the front of the shirt. Manipulation of this is grounds for disqualification. Athletes without a bib will not be able to leave or enter the finish line. Organization staff will be responsible for enforcing these regulations.
The organization will ask for ID or similar to verify the identity and age of the athlete when collecting the bib.
In the event that the person who finally registers is unable to participate in the event, the organization will not make any refunds or changes.

There will be the following services: medical service, isotonic drink for all athletes, wardrobe at the same starting point of the race (crystal beach).
Participation in the event is at the sole responsibility and risk of the participants. Participants at the time of registration state that they are physically fit for the event. The organization declines all responsibility for any damage that participants may cause during the test, cause themselves or derive from them to third parties.
All participants give their consent for the La Sansi athletics club, by itself or by third parties, to use the images of the event for its promotion, as well as the computer treatment for exclusively sports, promotional or commercial purposes of the your personal data. In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the protection of personal data, the participant may exercise his right to this file in order to rectify or cancel the partial or total formation of the its content. To exercise this right, you must request in writing to miami@lasansi.com
Participants explicitly allow their name, surname, gender and year of birth to be published in the lists of entrants, as well as the list of results if they finish the race, following the established regulations.
Accident claims will only be accepted until 23:59 on the day of the race via email: miami@lasansi.com

11. The organization reserves the right to change the date, times, route, or anything related to the race or cancel the event, without the right to claim any compensation from entrants.

In the same way, the organization reserves the right to extend the registration period for the race, for any of the participating groups, if it deems it appropriate.

12. To register:

Registration for the children’s races will be € 3 and refreshments will be given to all participants and a prize for the top three finishers in each category.

13. The registration price will be as follows:

5K RACE Until January 4 € 10 from day 4 € 12

10K RACE Until January 4 € 12 from day 6 € 14

In the registration there will be a section to be chosen in a non-mandatory way, + 1 € + 3 € or + 5 € as a direct contribution and in solidarity with the charity that the City Council deems appropriate.

14. The classifications can be consulted on the morning of the test online: www.lasansi.com / www.crematorrons.com

15. Places limited to 400 participants. Last day to register is 06/01/20 if there are still registrations.

16. Prizes: (non-collection of the prize on the day of the race entails the waiver of the prize)

17. Delivery of bibs, t-shirts and chips, the same day of the race from 7.30 am to 9.15 am at 5 and 10 km and for children from 9.30 am

Failure to remove the bib number and runner's bag on the set days means renouncing them and participating without a bib. (See the collection section of the number).

 

18. Free wardrobe at the same place of departure

It will be essential to deliver any piece with a bag or backpack.

 

19.Categories and awards to the first 3 and 3 first of the 5 

and 10km to reach the finish line

 

The awards ceremony will take place on the day of the race at the Cristall beach playground (start area) at the end of the minor races
