Regulation 10th Race 5km Santa Coloma de Gramenet
1. The Santa Coloma de Gramenet City Council will organize on 31/08/2019 at 09:00 p.m. with the technical address of La Sansi the 10th race Santa Coloma de Gramenet 5km Start and finish on track and Field
2. The race is open to everyone and the fact of signing up or participating represents total acceptance and respect for this regulation. Its interpretation and everything that is not expressly regulated, will be decided by the organization.
3. The start of the race will be at 9am. The distance to travel in the absolute category will be 5km and the schedules will be the following.

It is mandatory to bring the dorsal well visible on the front of the shirt. Manipulation of this is the reason for disqualification. Athletes without a ridge will not be able to leave, or enter the finish line. Organization personnel will be in charge of applying this regulation.
The organization will request a DNI or similar to verify the identity and age of the athlete when collecting the number.
The following services will be available: Medical service, name pick, provision at the finish line, large draw, Quely pike and water at the end of the race, wardrobe, showers, goal chronicle and WC.
Participation in the race is under the responsibility and at the risk of the participants. The participants at the time of their registration, declare themselves to be physically fit for the race. The organization declines all responsibility for the damages of the participants that may be caused during the test, to cause themselves / or to derive from them / to third parties. The organization has insurance.
Every participant must give their consent for the athletics club La Sansi, for yourself or for third parties, to take advantage of the images of the race for its promotion, as well as the computer treatment exclusively for sports, promotional purposes or commercial of your personal data. The Organization reserves the right to change the date or route, or cancel the event, without the right to claim compensation from the inscribed parties, and reserves the right to extend the period of registration to the Race, for any of the participating groups, if it considers it appropriate.

11. Limited places in 1,500 inscriptions in the 5Km race. If there were still inscriptions, the last day to register will be on 28/08/2019 and only on-the-spot registration will be accepted the same day of the race if they remain.
Awards:
Trophy and gifts to the first three men and women athletes.
After the awards ceremony, drawings and great surprises will be drawn between the arrivals at the finish, with sports equipment among other surprises. The rules of the draw will be the following:
The draw will be made at the time of the awards ceremony.
Organizing Committee and family members will not be part of the draw.
The number of the dorsal will be the reference in the draw. You will have to claim the prize physically with the number. If the winner fails, the draw will be repeated again successively.
13. Dorsal delivery:
Friday the 30/08 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the athletics track
Saturday 31/08 from 07:00 to 08:30 p.m. on the athletics track.
Wardrobe
At the start, it is indispensable to deliver any piece with a bag or backpack.
