The first Lloretrail organized by La Sansi, with the collaboration of the Lloret de Mar City Council (Girona), had to have been held on March 22 and was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Finally, it will be held on July 26, after receiving authorizations from the Lloret de Mar City Council, the Local Police, the Catalan Athletics Federation, and the General Secretariat for Sport and Physical Activity.

If we talk about versatility, Carles Castillejo is unique, he is the Spanish athlete with the most national titles in different tests in the absolute category: 5,000, 10,000, 10 km, half marathon, marathon and cross. He has four Olympic presences to his credit (two in the marathon, one in 5,000 and the other in 10,000 meters). A versatile talent who will test the trail with a bib on July 26 at Lloretrail.
Castillejo, will be one of the 800 lucky ones (health security requires) to participate in the first race confirmed by the Catalan Athletics Federation after confinement, which will comply with all the mandatory health and safety requirements recommended by the authorities at the time. to dispute the event, highlighting the staggered exits fulfilling the required safety distance.
