NEW DEPARTURE AND ARRIVAL AREA

HEATING AREA AND SERVICES
The warm-up area will be made up of several areas with restricted access for athletes and accredited staff (companions and the public will not be able to enter).

It is a very large space that allows you to warm up and use the services safely, respecting the areas while the runners are participating.

Warm-up: there will be a signposted circuit to prevent congestion.
Services:

WC with queue signage and hydroalcoholic ice dispenser before entering. (In the Caprabo car park).

 

CLOTHING from 8.30 am to 12.15 pm If you want to use the free cloakroom service, you must bring the cut-out number with your number from your house stapled to the BAG OR BACKPACK. The cloakroom will be next to the exit in the car park of the Caprabo Shopping Center. Each participant will leave their bag or backpack in the reserved place and collect them once the race is over. Volunteers will monitor belongings at all times and check that participants leave and collect their backpack (square with their bib number). Neither the volunteers nor the organization will at any time touch the backpacks of the participants.

THE DAY OF THE RACE
BEFORE LEAVING
I need:

SUITABLE SHOES AND CLOTHES (It is recommended to wear the race shirt).

ACCESS DRAWING HOURS:

1st start 09: 30h Red ridge (Time limit 45 minutes at 5km)
2nd start 10:30 am Yellow number (Time limit 45 minutes at 5km)
3rd start 11:30 am Blue number (Elite race, time limit 25 minutes) Between 15 and 2 minutes before your start time you can enter the start drawer area.

To enter you must:

Wear the mask correctly (you can take it off when you start running).
Have a body temperature below 37.5 degrees (will be measured with digital thermometers).
GEL: Hydroalcoholic gel will be dispensed. You will have to rub your hands with this solution to continue.
Prove with the number, that you have the corresponding departure time.
Arrive within the set time to run your series (consult series schedules) from 15 minutes before the race until there are 2 minutes left, which you must enter the start area.
Respect the safety distance marks marked on the ground.

CHAMBER OF REQUIREMENTS AND ORGANIZATION OF PARTICIPANTS

15 minutes before the departure time, the participants will call you in an orderly manner. First of all, the first 25 bibs of the series will be loaded (in order of numbering and / or level) and so on, 25 by 25, until the registrants of each series have been completed.

Participants will be asked to punctually enter the exit drawers in stages, depending on the color of their number. Organization and judges of the Spanish Athletics Federation, will control that it is done correctly.

WAY OUT

It will be necessary to follow the instructions of the organizing staff to make the passage from the heating zone to the exit drawer.

The outings will be staggered every 5 seconds by 4 in 4 participants, respecting the safety distances, with a minimum of 2 meters of separation, to meet this distance there will be marks on the ground that the judges and organization will respect the participants.

Very important: even if the starting shot is given by the judges, it is not possible to advance until the front point (marked on the ground) is free. Your time will start counting once you step on the starting mat and stop once you step on the finish mat. We will also have checkpoints during the tour.

 

The mask can be removed just when the group in front of you leaves (the one that will be in the starting line), then you will advance to the starting line without stepping on the carpet and in 10 seconds you will leave. Please take care of your mask, and do your best not to fall to the ground during the race (we will have a new goal for you).

RACE AND CIRCUIT
The staggered start 4 by 4 every 5 seconds will stretch the race. You need to take advantage of the width of the first few meters.

In both areas of the race you will go back and forth on a very wide street, you do not need to go next to the central cones, the more separation the better.

 

ARRIVAL AREA

The area of ​​the final provisioning will be wide, the necessary hygienic measures will be maintained to maintain the minimum safety distances, and the handling of liquids and corresponding solids. Both liquids and solids will be kept in a bag.

As an organization, we ask for your collaboration in respecting some basic rules that are already known to everyone:

We ask for a lot of concentration when it comes to following these rules. Therefore, situations that arise from meeting friends and acquaintances such as taking group photos, generating meetings, and groups traveling together should be avoided.

The race will comply with all preventive measures against contagion by covid-19.
The exit drawers will be very wide and the distance of 2 meters between participants will be maintained.

The infrastructure will be disinfected before the test.

The organizational staff will be previously trained and informed of the preventive measures.

There will be hydroalcoholic ice dispensers available to participants.

The mask will be mandatory before the start of the race and on arrival, the organization will have free masks for participants on arrival.

Once the start has been given, it is forbidden to throw the mask on the ground, both at the beginning and along the route. The runner must keep it and deposit it in suitable containers on arrival and it will be replaced by a new one.

The staff of the organization will ensure at all times to avoid crowds and mass concentration of people, will monitor the capacity and compliance with the rules by the participants.

Absolute podium in the 3 fastest in the male and female category of the 3rd series. They will do so separated by 2 meters. The trophy, completely disinfected, will be collected by the respective winners on the podium. Authorities and sponsors will also keep the 2 meters.
