As you already know, the 41st San Silvestre del Masnou, the oldest in Catalonia, will be organized on December 26, in which in just 3 days the 900 numbers of the face-to-face race that we had prepared were exhausted, limited as a result of the situation current.
Given the demand, we have decided to do a virtual race with a medal for everyone, with the aim of not missing one of the most important sports events in Catalonia in the last days of the year.
The system is simple: from Saturday, December 19 at 08:00 a.m. to Sunday, December 31 at 10:00 p.m., the runners will carry out the test, which will be recorded through an APP from their mobile phone .
In this way it allows the participant to compete from the place they prefer and be more comfortable, choosing the route, zone, time ... the only thing they will have to do is press the START RACE button that will be available in the APP, and run each one. your pace.
You can also do as many TRAININGS as you want, which will allow you to measure your time and can be shared through social networks with the hashtag #sansilvestredelmasnouvirtual
INFORMATION:
We will have 3 distances, 1km 5km or 10km
You can participate from anywhere, which allows you to compete against other participants.
The number will be digital and will be received by email once the registration is made.
