INFORMATION Race for the ELA 14/05/23
Sant Adrià de Besòs Town Council and La Sansi will organize the 6th 5 km charity run for ELA Sant Adrià de Besòs on 14/05/23 There will also be a 3km charity walk + children's races + adapted race. Points for the Championchip League, and part of the proceeds will go to the Miquel Valls Foundation.

NEW REGISTRATIONS: For now 950 registrants. If you still want to register, you can do it when the numbers are handed out on Saturday or Sunday.
Throughout the morning you can make contributions or purchases at the stand of the Miquel Valls Foundation.
TIMETABLE
Free massages from 9.45 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. at the "Cuida't Medical Center of Sant Adrià".
8.45am Yoga class with "Satya Yoga Studio" on the main stage.
9.30 a.m. departure of the 5 km (arrival time limit until 10:19 a.m.)
9.40 a.m. Start of the 3 km walk (arrival time limit until 10:19 a.m.)
10.05am Absolute awards
10.18am Start of the adapted race 200 meters (Medal for all).
10.20 a.m. Races for minors born from 2016 to 2023 300 meters (Medal for all).
10.23am Children's races start from 2009 to 2015 800 meters. (Medal for all).

BACKS AND T-SHIRT DELIVERY (if you chose the option) you can pick it up on Saturday or Sunday for the 5 km + 3 km walk + adapted race + children's races.
Saturday the 13th from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Decathlon in the Diagonal Mar Shopping Center at Avinguda diagonal, 3 in Barcelona
Sunday the 14th from 7.30am to 8.45am next to the exit at Sant Adrià Town Hall.
For the adapted race and children's races, they can be taken from 9am to 9.45am
If you cannot attend in person, another person can collect it on your behalf by showing your registration and proof.
To be able to enter and facilitate organizational tasks, you must:
ID card or registration slip (can be presented by showing it from the mobile phone).
Remember the assigned bib number (the list will be posted on the race website and you will receive an informative email with the bib number).
In case of collecting other numbers, in addition to your own, you will need the corresponding authorization (photocopy or photo of the person's ID).
If you want to go out in the 1st drawer, you must complete less than 41 minutes for the 10 km or less than 19 minutes for the 5 km, and you will have to communicate this once you collect the bib, certifying a mark in an approved race, and we will give you a wristband. If you already have an accredited mark at any approved Championchip race, you will have a yellow number and you will not need to ask for a wristband.
IMPORTANT TO BRING THE YELLOW CHIP IF YOU HAVE IT. Once the number has been collected, it is assumed that the runner accepts the self-responsibility document and the race regulations.
COLORS OF THE BACKS
YELLOW color for 5 km participants (less than 41 minutes for 10 km)
GREEN color for 5 km participants (less than 41 minutes for 10 km)
GRAY color for participants of the 3 km walk
PINK COLOR for participants in children's races and adapted races
FREE PARKING will be available around Sant Adrià Town Hall.

ACCESS TO THE RACE AREAS: The maximum time to complete the 5 km and 3 km walk test will be until 10.18am. After this time, the runner who remains in the race must continue under his responsibility, respecting the rules of the road.
PRIZES: Prizes will be awarded to the first 3 finishers who reach the finish line of the 5 km overall and to the first 3 and first 3 in each of the categories from M35 to M65. ON THE DAY OF THE RACE BEFORE DEPARTURE, the participant needs:
YELLOW CHIP or if you don't have one, you will wear a white chip on your bib and you will not need to return it at the end.
APPROPRIATE SHOES AND CLOTHES (It is recommended to wear the race shirt, which if you did not book online, we will have at the bib collection until the available ones are used up).
BAG OR BACKPACK (if you want to use the free cloakroom service inside the Ricart sports center 100 meters from the exit).

To enter the boxes from 10 minutes before the race you will need:
In the drawer according to the color of the number
or wristband, first the participants of the 5 km race and then participants of the walk.
Very important: Your time will start once you step on the start mat and stop once you step on the finish mat. You will have checkpoints on the route.
HARES: 20:00, 22:30, 25:00, 30:00 and end of race.
ANIMATION: At km 3 of the race by the Marina Besòs Sports Complex.
Water refills at km 3 of the 5 km race and at the finish line for everyone.
When crossing the FINISH LINE you will access the following services:
CHIP: You DO NOT need to return it, you will wear it on your bib or your yellow on your shoe.
FOOD For participants of the 5km
