BIBS WILL BE DELIVERED from 5:15 p.m. until 1 hour before the start of each race at the Lloret athletics track in the finish area. In the event that a club representative wants to collect all the club's bibs, they can request it the days before at lloret@lasansi.com and can make the payment for all the athletes at the same time.
The organization will ask for an ID card or similar to verify identity when collecting the bib.
We will have live images on La Sansi's Instagram.
All the races will be recorded by @amproduccions and you will have them on the website the next day.
We will have 3 photographers who will upload free images on the Meeting website.
FREE PARKING for participants IN THE PARKING LOT of the municipal swimming pool (From 5:15 p.m. to 10:15 p.m.). Limited places.
WC, changing rooms and showers will be located on the athletics track.
Entrance through the main door of the athletics track at the end of the race, on Avinguda Rieral, 14.
PUBLIC: The public will be allowed inside the facility, free entry.
Participants will have free refreshments before and after their race. Prize for the champion of each race.
Medical personnel and an ambulance will be available on the athletics track throughout the day.
