MEETING ACERKO LLORET DE MAR 11/05/24
Art. 1. Next May 11, 2024 at the Lloret de Mar athletics track, Club La Sansi with the authorization of the Catalan Athletics Federation and the Real Spanish Athletics Federation, organizes the 4th Meeting Acerko of Lloret de Mar, with tests of the 1st Grand Prix of middle distance and long distance 2024 on an outdoor track. Timing will be electric.

GENDER CLAUSE
The Catalan Athletics Federation guarantees the effective equality of women and men as one of the basic principles of action. For this purpose, the generic mentions in masculine in the articulation of its published regulations will be understood to also refer to their corresponding feminine, except in the cases in which it is specifically stated that this is not the case.

Art. 2. The timetables and distances are specified in Article 14.
Art. 3. All athletes must have their corresponding federal license processed for the 2024 season.
Art. 4. Registrations will be made through the SDP of the RFEA until 23:59 on Monday, May 6. The FCA will publish the registered athletes on Wednesday, May 8. In the event that it is necessary to make any changes to the timetable or suspension of any test due to a lack of participants, it will be published in sufficient advance.
The organization, in order to cover expenses, will charge:
· Athletes with a license from the Catalan Federation €5 for each test performed.
· Athletes licensed by another Federation €10 for each test performed by the athlete.
NO WITHDRAWAL WILL BE ACCEPTED. Registration fees will be invoiced and debited to the bank account of each club during the same week of the competition. Club athletes from the rest of Spain and independents must make the payment by bank transfer until 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, May 7 to the account: ES6200491990062510018035 When making the payment, the receipt must be sent to lloret@lasansi.com
The organization reserves the right to leave empty places depending on the level of the marks registered, as well as to accept athletes whose participation is considered of interest.
THE DELIVERY OF RIDERS will take place from 5.30pm until 1 hour before the start of each race at the latest at the Lloret athletics track, right at the secretariat next to the finish line. Once there is less than an hour left for each test, the different series will be held according to confirmed or confirmed participants. In the event that a club representative wants to take all the club numbers, they can request it the previous days to lloret@lasansi.com This way unnecessary crowds will be avoided.
The organization will ask for ID or similar to verify identity when collecting the bib.
It is mandatory to wear the bib clearly visible on the front. The manipulation of this is grounds for disqualification. Athletes without a number will not be able to leave. Staff of the organization and judges will be responsible for applying these regulations.
Art. 5. The participants will have free refreshments before and after their test. Medal for the champion and champion of each event.
The toilets and changing rooms will be located on the athletics track. The showers may be used depending on the drought situation.
Art. 6. Complaints must be submitted in writing to the referee, accompanied by €30 as a deposit, and will only be accepted up to thirty minutes after the classification of the race in question is known. If the claim is accepted, the deposit will be returned.
Art. 7. The tests may be suspended in the event that, due to inclement weather or lack of participants, the Referee or the organization so determines, their verdict being final. The organization reserves the right to change the times or the date, without the right to claim any compensation from the registrants.
Art. 8. Participants will be able to use the municipal swimming pool car park, next to the athletics track, for free (from 5.15pm to 10.15pm). If it is full, we recommend free parking next to the Rieral district or in the paid car park at the bus station.
Art. 9. Everything not provided for in these Regulations will be resolved by the Catalan Athletics Federation, in accordance with the Regulations of the Real Federación Española de Atletismo.
Art. 10. Sansi, the Catalan Athletics Federation and the Real Federación Española de Atletismo are not responsible for moral and/or material prejudices that may be caused to the participants, staff and spectators during this competition.
Art. 11. The mere registration in this competition implies full compliance and acceptance of the provisions in these Regulations. However, inscription also implies authorshiptzar expressly to the organization, its sponsors and the Catalan Athletics Federation to use free of charge still and/or moving images of his person taken during the participation in the competition. These images may appear in all types of graphic media, as well as in promotional or advertising materials produced and disseminated throughout the world and during the maximum period established by the regulations in force, including the possible extension once the planned period has ended. In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the protection of personal data, the participant may exercise his/her right to these files with the aim of rectifying or canceling partial or total content. Art. 12. Medical staff and an ambulance will be available throughout the day.
Art. 13. The participants explicitly allow their name, surname, gender, results and year of birth to be published in the list of registrants, as well as in the results list.
