COLLECTION OF NUMBERS (You can collect your bib any of the two days)

Next to the exit (At the Tossa de Mar sports center at C / de l'esport, 2)

SATURDAY 9th: from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

SUNDAY 10th: from 07:00 a.m. to 08:30 a.m.

The gift bag will be delivered on arrival.

We ask for your patience, sanitary measures force us to be scrupulous and do the process one by one.

 

To be able to access and facilitate the necessary organizational tasks:

  • Face mask
  • DNI or registration receipt (it can be presented showing from the mobile).
  • Remember the assigned number (the list will be posted on the race website and will have an informative email with your number).
  • In case of collecting other numbers, in addition to your own, you will need the corresponding authorization (photocopy or photo of the person's ID).

 

START

 1st departure at 09:00h (Joint departure 5km, 10km and 21km) FAST PARTICIPANTS

MASK (mandatory as long as you are not running).

 

IMPORTANT Once the number has been collected, it is assumed that the runner accepts the self-responsibility document and the race regulations.

 

ACCESS TO RACE SPACES

DEPARTURE TIMES (Departure and arrival at the La Sansi Inflatable Arch)

Depending on the departure time, they will call you over the public address system. The starts of each series will be at most 200 in 200 every 3 minutes, starting separately. The time of each participant will begin to step on the starting mat and will end on the arrival mat.

While the participant is running either in the warm-up or in the race, it will NOT be necessary to wear the mask. YES IN THE DEPARTURE DRAWER.

 

THE DAY OF THE RACE

BEFORE START

The participant needs:

  • MASK mandatory until passing the starting line.
  • DRUM for supplies are NOT mandatory but if recommended, we will have cardboard cups at the aid stations.

 FOOTWEAR AND APPROPRIATE CLOTHING (It is recommended to wear the race shirt).

  • BAG OR BACKPACK (in case you want to use the free wardrobe service).
  • NUMBER (the number identifies the series, and the start time). The color of the bib will depend on the distance you do.

Vehicles: You will have 2 free parking spaces next to the exit.

CHANGING ROOMS, SHOWERS, WC AND SWIMMING POOL

Thanks to the Triángulo company, you can use the changing rooms, showers, toilets and swimming pool for FREE from 8am to 12.30pm.

WARDROBE from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The wardrobe will be next to the arrival and it will be necessary to deliver the garments in a bag or backpack.

 

ACCESS TIMES TO THE DEPARTURE DRAWER:

To enter it is necessary:

  • Wear the mask correctly placed (you can take it off just after the exit).
  • GEL: hydroalcoholic gel will be dispensed. You will have to rub your hands with this solution to continue.
  • Accredit with the number, which corresponds to the series, and the departure time.
  • Arrive within the set time to run the series (check series schedules) from 10min before the race until there are 2 minutes left, which you must enter the starting area.
  • Respect the safety distance marks marked on the ground (if any).

 

START

In the arch of La Sansi (DIRECTION LLORET)

 We recommend leaving wisely.

It will be necessary to follow the instructions of the organizing staff to take the passage from the warm-up area to the starting box.

Exits will be staggered, respecting safety distances

VERY IMPORTANT: Your time will start counting once you step on the starting mat and will stop once you step on the finish mat. We will also have checkpoints during the tour.

  The mask can be removed just as you pass the exit mat. Please, take care of your mask, and do your best not to fall to the ground during the race (we will have a new one at the finish line for everyone).

 

RACE AND CIRCUIT

The staggered start will serve to stretch the race. It is necessary to take advantage of the width of the first meters by asphalt to make overtaking with safety and space.

The routes, you have it on the website, are accessible for all levels, except the 21km distance that has the greatest unevenness (Time limit 4h):

 

PHOTOGRAPH AND VIDEO SERVICE: the same afternoon of the race on the web you will have hundreds of FREE photos, say hello at the photocall, or at the start and finish, better take a few more seconds and look good in the photos.

 

SANITARY ASSISTANCE to the race will have a health team for any incident. In case of medical emergency, contact the volunteers or call the emergency number indicated on the number.

 

REFRESHMENTS

DISTANCE OF 5 km; In m eta (Water + Nectina Juice + Aquarius + Cacaolat + Quely sticks + banana + Croissant + Cupcake + Coca + Chupachups + Aneto Broth + Happydent).

 

DISTANCE OF 10km; At km 5 (water) and at the finish line (Water + Nectina Juice + Aquarius + Cacaolat + Quely sticks + banana + Croissant + Magdalena + Coca + Chupachups + Aneto Broth + Happydent).

 

DISTANCE OF 21km; At km 7 (water) and at km 15 (water + Aquarius + banana + orange + Namedsport gels) and at the finish line (Water + Nectina Juice + Aquarius + Cacaolat + Quely sticks + banana + Croissant + Magdalena + Coca + Chupachups + Broth Aneto + Happydent).

 

FINISH LINE

The start and finish will be in the same arch of La Sansi.

After crossing the ARRIVAL LINE you will access the services:

  • MASK: You can take a mask if you need.
  • GEL: hydroalcoholic gel will be dispensed. You will have to rub your hands with this solution to continue.
  • MEDAL: Medal (if you have chosen the option) and photograph in the photocall (please keep a safe distance despite having the mask) The participants who reserved it will collect their finisher medal from a table at the finish line, which it will have been previously disinfected.
  • The final provisioning area will be wide, the necessary hygienic measures will be maintained to maintain minimum safety distances. Both liquids and solids will be kept closed for security in the gift bag.
  • WARDROBE: the bag must be collected after services.
  • WHITE CHIP: IT DOES NOT HAVE to be returned, you will carry it on your bib.
  • BAG of the runner once you pass the goal (For everyone).

PREVENTION AND SAFETY PROTOCOL

 

HELP US TO MAKE A SAFE RACE

A race has been designed that will comply with all current health safety measures, as we did in the Cursa de la Mercè, Lloretrail or the Cursa dels Nassos. Help us to achieve it.

As an organization, we ask for your collaboration in respect of some basic rules that are already known to all:

  • Use of the mask.
  • Maintain a safe distance and avoid crowds, despite wearing a mask.
  • Regular hand hygiene.

We ask for a lot of concentration when it comes to respecting these rules. Therefore, it is necessary to avoid situations that derive from meeting friends and well-known people, such as taking group photographs without separation, generating meetings and groups that travel together.

 The race will comply with all preventive measures against contagion by Covid-19.

The starting boxes will be very wide and the distance between participants will be maintained.

The infrastructures will be disinfected before the event takes place.

The organization staff will be previously trained and informed of preventive measures.

There will be hydroalcoholic gel dispensers available to participants.

The mask will be mandatory before the start of the race and upon arrival, the organization will distribute masks to the participants upon arrival.

 Once the start has been given, it is forbidden to throw the mask on the ground, both at the beginning and along the route. The participant must keep it and, upon arrival, deposit it in suitable containers and it will be replaced by a new one.

 The staff of the organization will ensure at all times to avoid crowds and mass concentration of people, they will control the capacity and compliance with the rules by the participants.

 Absolute podium in the first 3 and first 3 absolute of 5km 10km and 21km with real time.

The medal + glasses, completely disinfected, will be collected by the respective winners on the podium separated by 2 meters. Due to the health situation and to avoid crowds, prizes will not be given by categories, but we will have classification.
